Established in 2024, in memory of the owner’s father, Y.C. Allen, YOUR CHOICE SELECTION LLC is a family-owned behavioral health and supportive living provider in Tennessee. We offer a structured and supportive living environment for underserved individuals ages 18 and up who are transitioning from mental health challenges, substance use recovery, or hospitalization. Our integrated services include medication management, case management, in-home psychiatric therapy, and supportive housing with access to vocational training. Each service is thoughtfully designed to help individuals regain stability while developing the skills necessary for independent living and personal growth. Through consistent support and a person-centered approach, we provide a dependable foundation for rebuilding and moving forward with confidence.
